We ship clothing worldwide. We offer tracked shipping via Australia Post to the countries listed below. If your country is not on the list you will still may be able to place an order but the shipping cost may be higher and may not include tracking. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as all sales are final. We have tried our absolute best to ensure all our items are carefully measured, meticulously inspected and described as accurately as possible, however it is possible that we may have overlooked a minor fault.
We don't accept returns for...
- Improper fit
- Measurements being 1-2 inches out when explained in description.
- Minor fading / discolouration
- Items being a slightly different 'shade' than represented
- An item that doesn't 'suit' the buyer
All of our pieces are vintage so pre-loved. While we believe the history of each piece adds to its uniqueness please be aware there may be some wear - therefore returns are not accepted unless the item has been misrepresented.
The colours of garments may appear slightly different in images due to different lighting. We try our best to show the colouring as accurately as possible. We can not exchange or refund due to colour appearing a slightly different shade to the image.

In the rare case of a return, return shipping is at the buyers expense.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. So no refunds for change of mind or an accidental order. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Miss Brown is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note measurements are taken while garments are lying flat and then bust, waist and hips have been doubled. The best way to see if something will fit is by comparing the measurements to a similar item you already have that fits you well.
1. Length is measured from highest point (shoulder or collar) to hem
2. Bust is measured from armpit to armpit, then doubled
3. Waist is measured at the most narrow part of the item (approximately 5 inches below bust line), then doubled
4. Hips are measured across where an average hip falls (approximately 7 inches below waistline), then doubled. I recommend taking your own hip measurement at your widest spot
5. Shoulders are measured across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
6. Sleeves are measured from the shoulder seam to wrist hem

MINT - Flawless; like new or new condition
EXCELLENT - No flaws/minor flaws which is not obvious and does not compromise wearability
GOOD - Minor flaws that are noticeable but can be worn as is
FAIR - Several flaws that need some attention/repair before wearing
We do ship to most countries however if you are not included in our Shipping & Delivery page please contact us and we will do our best to find an alternative arrangement.
